End-of Summer Harvest Celebration

This four-course, collaborative, farm-to-table meal is in celebration of our area's agricultural and culinary traditions. The menu will feature local produce at it's peak freshness from Pear Tree Hill Farm, LLC and Merc Farms. Dinner will be prepared by Executive Chef Chad Jones, Sous Chef Tanner Allison, Pitmaster Pj Slaughter of Big Roosters Wings & BBQ- Catering, and Baker Shawna Williams-Hicks of Confectious Shenanigans. Locally roasted coffee served with dessert will be provided by Open Road Roastery. The dining room will be set up with long tables in a family style setting so guests can share stories, laughs, and a home cooked meal together.
